Brand-new textbooks can cost you a fortune but it’s really difficult to find cheap yet high quality second-hand textbooks. But never fear, SciSoc is here whether you’re looking to buy high quality second-hand textbooks or want a hassle-free way to sell your used textbooks!
The SciSoc Bookstore facilitates the exchange of textbooks for current science units of study between students. Our team will also be able to provide advice on the courses you are taking and help you make the choice on relevant and prescribed textbooks.
The SciSoc Bookstore is a not-for-profit organisation run by students for students, so you know that the lowest cost and friendliest service are both guaranteed!

The Faculty of Science is currently ranked 4th (tied) out of 16 faculties, with a total of 18 points.
This is a fantastic result and we couldn’t have done it without everyone who has represented or supported Team Science in the Inter-Faculty Sports competitions this semester! A HUGE thank you to everyone from SciSoc. Keep up the great effort!
We would like to encourage more of you to get involved because anyone can play, regardless of your experience level. So please keep an eye out for upcoming games in the sports section and wear a GREEN shirt to represent science students!
Inter-Faculty Ultimate Frisbee on Wednesday, 19 May, has been cancelled due to wet weather.
